RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

All our products are built to order and are approved by each customer. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. The only instance where we may offer a refund opportunity is if damage has occurred while in transit. If damage has occurred, depending on the severity of the damage, the customer will have the option to get a replacement (usually an estimated 2-week turnaround time on damaged claims) or be refunded for their original order amount. If the customer wishes to be refunded, they will receive their refund within 48 hours from the time our office has been notified. Customers will have 72 hours to contact our office regarding any damage claim. After that time has passed, there will be no refund opportunities.
